Due to the customized nature of our handcrafted products, we follow a strict no-return policy.
Damages and Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately so we can assess the issue and take the appropriate steps to make it right.
Exceptions / Returnable Items
In certain cases, such as receiving a damaged product, a return may be possible. While every order goes through strict quality checks before dispatch, errors can still occur. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the situation and find a solution. Please note that any damage caused during shipping is not covered under this policy. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. For international customers, refunds will be processed to a local Pakistani bank account in accordance with the State Bank of Pakistan’s international money transfer regulations. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
