3. International Shipping
International shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight and volume of your package. Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout for your approval before finalizing your order.
Please note: Any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Customs Clearance & Import Duties (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and import duties as per local regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with their country’s customs policies.
We are not liable for any delays, damage, or loss caused during the customs clearance process, nor for any customs fees incurred.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and selected shipping method. While we provide estimated delivery dates, actual arrival times are subject to third-party courier performance and circumstances beyond our control.
6. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email. Please allow some time for tracking details to update on the courier's system after dispatch.
7. Lost Packages, Delays & Claims
We ensure all packages are securely packed and handled. However, we are not responsible for delays or loss once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue, though outcomes may vary.
