3. Handmade & Customized Products

Our outfits may include handcrafted embroidery and customized details. Minor variations in color, embroidery, embellishments, finishing, or measurements may occur and are a natural part of handmade products.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price is the price shown at the time the order is confirmed.

Any applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or destination-country charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

5. Production Time

Production and preparation times are estimates and may vary depending on the design, handwork, order volume, availability of materials, and other circumstances.

Orders are shipped through available courier services. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are requested to contact Naqsh Luxe first regarding any order-related concern.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Naqsh Luxe may provide relevant order information, payment records, customer communications, production records, delivery proof, and evidence of policy acceptance to the applicable payment processor, bank, or dispute-resolution authority.

A customer should not receive both a chargeback and a separate refund for the same transaction.

All photographs, videos, designs, logos, product descriptions, and other content displayed on the Naqsh Luxe website and social media channels belong to Naqsh Luxe or are used with permission.
