Our Timeline
Please allow 5–7 weeks from the date of your order for production and delivery. This window reflects the time our team needs to source fabrics, complete hand embellishment, conduct quality checks, and safely dispatch your piece to you.
What Happens After You Order?
- Week 1–2: Fabric sourcing, cutting, and initial construction.
- Week 2–4: Hand embroidery, embellishment, and detailing — the most time-intensive stage.
- Week 4–5: Final quality review, finishing, and packaging.
- Week 5–7: Dispatch and delivery to your doorstep.
How To Check Your Order Status
We keep communication personal and prompt. You can reach our team through either of the following:
- WhatsApp: Message us directly for a real-time update on your order. Our team typically responds within a few hours during business hours.
- Email: Send us an email and we will get back to you with a full status update, usually within 24 hours.
When reaching out, please have your order number ready — you will find it in your order confirmation email.
